- By purchasing a membership, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice.
Listings, Events & Content
- Members may submit business listings, events, and related content subject to these Terms.
- By submitting content, you grant The Plug a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote it on our platform and related marketing channels.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your submissions are accurate, lawful, and do not infringe on third-party rights.
- Event promotion is a membership benefit; non-members cannot submit events.
Reviews & Community Content
- Reviews reflect the opinions of users and not The Plug.
- We reserve the right to remove reviews or content that violate our Community Guidelines (spam, hate speech, false claims, etc.).
- The Plug does not verify all reviews and is not liable for their accuracy.
Advertising & Sponsorships
- Sponsored placements (e.g., featured listings, banner ads) will be clearly marked as advertising.
- We reserve the right to reject or remove ads that we deem inappropriate or harmful to the community.
Prohibited Uses
- You agree not to:
- Post unlawful, false, defamatory, or harmful content.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Interfere with the operation of The Plug or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
- Use the site for spamming, fraudulent activity, or malicious behavior.
Disclaimers
- The Plug provides a platform for connecting communities but does not guarantee outcomes (e.g., increased sales, event attendance).
- We do not endorse or verify every business, event, or review listed. Users should exercise independent judgment.
- Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
– The Plug and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
– Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 6 months prior to the claim.
Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful activity.
- You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard.
