Refund & Cancellation Policy
At The Plug, we aim to keep our membership process simple, transparent, and fair. Please review our policy on cancellations, renewals, and refunds.
Membership Billing
- Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on your selection at checkout.
- By purchasing a membership, you authorize The Plug to charge your chosen payment method on an ongoing basis until canceled.
Cancellations
- You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at connect@joinThePlug.com
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access until that date.
Refunds
- Monthly Plans: Payments for monthly memberships are non-refundable. Once billed, your membership will remain active until the end of the paid month.
- Annual Plans: Annual memberships are refundable within 3 days of purchase if no premium features (such as event postings or advertising add-ons) have been used. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable.
- Add-Ons & Advertising: Payments for featured placements, banner ads, and other add-ons are non-refundable once the ad has gone live.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge. If the payment is not resolved within 7 days, your membership may be paused or terminated until payment is updated.
Changes to Pricing
We may update membership pricing or add-on costs from time to time. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will only apply to future billing cycles.
